The Art Studio is a charming, spacious retreat, perfect for groups of up to 14 guests. Nestled on the edge of Ringwood Forest, in well-established gardens on a two-acre woodland setting, this beautifully renovated historic cottage offers a private oasis with easy access to the Forests and trails.
The Art Studio features a range of welcoming indoor and outdoor areas. Relax in the secluded hot tub, refresh in the on-site bunker sauna and plunge pool, or savour a sunset meal beneath the wisteria covered pergola. With a gateway to Ringwood Forest from the gardens, the property provides an idyllic backdrop for everything from festive gatherings to tranquil rural treats.
The estate is completely enclosed but shares its borders with our other two properties, Karelia and Viipuri, offering the option for larger group reservations.

Spaces
The Art Studio is a beautifully remodelled historical cottage nestled within a private garden, complete with a hot tub. The property adjoins extensive trails and cycle paths through Ringwood Forest and The Castleman Trailway, and is within walking distance of Moors Valley Country Park.
The expansive open plan area encompasses a living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, conservatory, dining room and access to outdoor terraces, providing an abundance of space for relaxation, celebrations, and dining with large groups. For added ambiance, there are two log-burning stoves that create a cosy cottage atmosphere on cooler evenings and various snug areas ideal for reading or unwinding.
On the ground floor, there are four double bedrooms offering views of the mature gardens surrounding the Art Studio. All four shower rooms, two of which are en-suites, and separate WC are also located on the ground floor. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with two single beds, ideally suited for children and teenagers due to reduced headroom. Please be aware one of these specifically is only suitable for children.
There is plenty of storage space in the form wardrobes, drawers or shelves with plenty of coat hangers and door hooks.
The Art Studio is designed to accommodate a range of family types, adults and children. If you are a group of only adults and elderly we recommend a group size of 12.
