Avon View is a private and secure estate, encompassing 1.5 acres of gated grounds, offering the advantage of having no neighbouring properties. It is situated beside an exclusive hilltop viewpoint that boasts a panoramic view of the Avon Valley. On a clear day, you can see Hengistbury Head and the Isle of Wight from this vantage point. This viewpoint is closed to the public at dusk, providing you with a unique chance to savour the breathtaking scenery in solitude.
The properties features a tarmac surfaced tennis court, complete with tennis rackets available in the Games Room. The Games Room includes a full-size antique professional snooker table, an American pool table, table tennis, a dartboard and a cosy cinema room.

At Avon View the kitchen is modern and well equipped with all your kitchen essentials, a beautiful granite counter top and a breakfast bar. The dining table is extendable so has space for everyone between cushioned chairs and bench seating. The living room has an eye catching fire-place, large sofa, and a smart TV. The adjoining conservatory is an ideal place where to relax on cooler or wet evenings while looking over the pool area.
At ground level, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom is fitted with wardrobes, a desk and 2 single beds. The second bedroom downstairs is closer to the bathroom and features drawers and a king size bed.
Upstairs, both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and either a king-size or large double bed. Each room also includes a single bed with a pull-out trundle, perfect for children. The bedrooms offer dual-aspect views of the garden through expansive Velux windows.

Our wonderful pool is south-facing and is heated and available for use approximately May – October, depending on the weather conditions. The pools temperature is regulated by an air-source heat pump, which means that the warmth of the heater can fluctuate with weather conditions. For your safety, the pool is equipped with a safety cover. This cover not only enhances safety, but also contributes to keeping the pool clean and maintains the water temperature.
The hot tub is available year-round and is sheltered for comfort in any weather.
We only provide one set of towels. If you plan to use the pool or hot tub, we recommend bringing extra towels.
